Hi everyone! My name is Kirsten ! I am the  owner of Open Oven Creations, a home based bakery in Farmington Hills, MI. Growing up I have always had a love for all things baking and pastry. I decided to expand my knowledge for the art, and attended culinary school where obtained a degree in culinary arts, as well as a certification in baking and pastry arts. After years of working in the food and beverage industry I found that I find the most joy in creating custom cakes and homemade baked goods for anyone who loves to indulge in a sweet treat. In 2025 I decided to open my very own bakery, and have enjoyed it every step along the way!
