Policies

By agreeing to placing an order here at Open Oven Creations, you are agreeing to the following policies listed below.

- Orders for cakes require a minimum 1 week notice. Cupcakes, cinnamon rolls, and others treats require a minimum 5 day notice.

-We are not liable for any order once it has been picked up or delivered off.

-Payments for all orders under $100 must be paid in full at the time of placing order, and or paid in full minimum one week before pick up/delivery date.

-Payments for orders $100 or more require a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of placing your order. And other 50% is due minimum one week prior to pick/delivery date. 

-Once orders have been finalized and paid for, you are not allowed to make any changes to your order.

-Prices listed on our menu page are starting price points. There will additional costs for decorations and design acquired.

-There is an additional delivery fee of $10 for those who chose the delivery option.

-No refunds on cake or cupcake orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of pick up/delivery date

-If you arrive 30 minutes or more later than agreed pick up time, there will be an additional $10 late fee for every 30 minutes that you are late. 

-Make sure to note of any allergies or food intolerance's at the time of placing your order.
